How can I change the size of my related posts thumbnails?

Yes, it's true, we finally made the option of changing the size of your thumbnails available to our users! And it's pretty easy to set it up, all you need to know is some basic CSS and to follow these steps below.
Or just follow these steps below and ask us for some help (if needed).

First, go to your plugin settings (obviously), scroll to the bottom of the page and tick the box next to the 'Use Custom Size Thumbnails' option. Enter the size values you want to change (i.e. width: 333px, height: 333px), scroll to the 'Desktop/Tablet Theme Settings' bit, open up the 'Customize' drop-down menu and enter the following CSS code in your 'Custom CSS' window:

.related_post_title {
ul.related_post {

ul.related_post li {
width: 333px !important;
height: 333px !important;
ul.related_post li a {
ul.related_post li img {
width: 333px !important;
height: 333px !important;

Remember to click the 'Save' button before checking out your new thumbnails! :)

BUT! — there are some rules to follow as well:
  • it might take some time for WordPress to actually regenerate your thumbnails, so give it a minute or a couple of refreshes to acknowledge the changes;
  • make sure your images are at least the size of the values you've entered, otherwise our plugin will use it's own generic thumbnails;
  • all thumbnails are cropped from the centre.

Also — here's a screenshot I've made with all the above mentioned changes, so you can navigate more easily (click to expand):

All went OK? No? Let us know, we'll gladly help!
